Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Refund requests made after this 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags/accessories included

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders returned after the 14-day window
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original condition
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds
