Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We want you to love your True Align posture corrector. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund Contact us at support@truealign.us with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your return.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@truealign.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping fee applies.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order hasn't already shipped. Contact us at support@truealign.us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Refund Processing Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
